The second room is currently used as a ‘Family’ room-come-office with high speed internet access. This bright , spacious, room could be converted back into a bedroom as preferred.

 

 In the hall between the bedrooms there is a stairway which leads to the upper floor where a magnificent Master Suite with private balcony awaits the lucky owners. A king size bed and antique furniture adorns this room with its spectacular view across Frigate Bay. The en suite master bathroom with sunken bath and large shower is  beautifully appointed.

 

On descending the stairway once more we pass by the large custom designed heart of the home, the kitchen. On the lower level there is a completely separate one bedroom apartment with its own private verandah, bathroom and kitchen. It can be accessed either through an interior stairway from the main level or by a walkway on the exterior of the house. Appropriately called the ‘Sanctuary Suite’, many a visitor has eased away the stresses of modern life here on the verandah watching the hummingbirds flit in and out of the flowers on the porch.
